Gibson County Special School District is currently accepting applications for Substitute School Bus Drivers.
Position Summary: Substitute School Bus Drivers have the awesome responsibility of safely transporting students to and from school, sporting events and special functions within the Gibson County Special School District as directed and approved by the Transportation Director. School Bus Drivers assume responsibility and will be held accountable for knowing and following the safety rules and proper procedures associated with the responsibilities of position.
Required Education/Certification/Endorsement:
- High School Diploma or GED;
- CDL Endorsement is preferred, but will train if the driver does not have a CDL Endorsement and other qualifications are met;
- Must meet health, mental and physical requirements;
