Part-time Tech Support Representative
Gibson Electric has a part-time Tech Support Representative position now open for its Trenton Member Service Center at 1207 S. College St., Trenton, Tenn.
This position schedules and confirms service appointments, resolves technical and non-technical customer problems/complaints, provides technical support for customers and coordinates setup and transfer of new telephone service to Gibson Connect.
Shifts work a 12-hour shift (8 AM to 8 PM) on Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. Must be willing and able to fill in for other Part-Time Tech Support shifts as needed. Hours may be adjusted based on customer need.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- One to two years of administrative experience
- One to two years in a customer service position
- Ability to effectively communicate with and courteously assist customers, other employees, and the public in person and by telephone
