Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with concrete and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves finishing concrete surfaces to ensure quality and durability, while also collaborating with other construction professionals on-site. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for executing tasks that require precision and attention to detail, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Duties
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and applying finishes as required.
- Utilize power tools and equipment effectively for installation and restoration tasks.
- Work on hardscape projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to build forms and structures as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Perform caulking tasks to seal joints and edges for optimal durability.
- Maintain a clean and safe construction site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in metal stud framing as required for various construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in the use of power tools related to concrete finishing and installation.
- Knowledge of hardscape techniques and materials is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues on-site.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with concrete finishing.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
