We are currently looking for a Service Advisor who has the potential to grow into a Service Manager role. No experience as a Service Advisor? No problem! While an automotive background is preferred, we’re open to training candidates with strong sales and customer service skills. If you’re organized, handle pressure well, and love helping customers, you’re who we’re looking for!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Provide clear and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate with technicians to relay detailed information to customers.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and any necessary changes.
- Ensure all repair orders are properly documented and accurate.
- Upsell services and suggest preventive maintenance to increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them quickly.
- Manage schedules efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Oversee the ordering and tracking of parts to ensure timely repairs.
- Work closely with the service team to meet customer expectations and shop goals.
