DESCRIPTION :
A GID Financial Analyst Intern will enjoy a rewarding experience in Boston working directly with professionals in Corporate FP&A. Candidates will be evaluated during the interview process and based on their interest, expertise, and core competencies. Each intern will support the Financial Planning & Analytics department on projects ranging from financial analysis, variance analysis, reporting, and reporting.
INTERNSHIP HIGHLIGHTS :
- Interns will be able to learn the foundational framework of being part of a corporate FP&A function along with opportunities to be part of the procurement / implementation process of a budgeting / forecasting planning tool.
- Interns will also have the opportunity to partner closely with the Accounting team and participate in Accounting related activities / projects.
- Interns will work closely with the members of their team, ranging from Analysts to Senior Vice Presidents with extensive exposure to the firm's leadership team. Interns will develop a strong understanding of the multifamily and industrial sectors and the assets and markets within the various GID portfolios. Over the course of the internship program, the interns will gain core competencies and foundational and sector-specific knowledge necessary to succeed in the real estate sector.
- Educational and social events will be scheduled throughout the program that provide knowledge sharing, professional development and networking.

DURATION :
This part-time opportunity begins in Spring of 2025, full-time in the Summer with the opportunity to continue with a flexible schedule in the Fall / Winter of 2025.
Compensation range : $30-$35 per hour. Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
