About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Center Director to lead our learning centers' operations and ensure every student experiences an exceptional learning journey. This role includes overseeing day-to-day business and academic activities, supporting students and staff, and building community relationships to enhance our presence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Center Management : Oversee daily operations, manage revenue, meet monthly goals, and ensure an outstanding student experience.Customer Service Excellence : Actively engage with students and parents, conduct progress reviews, and hold conferences to enhance student development.Staff Development : Lead, train, and evaluate part-time staff; conduct regular team meetings, set actionable goals, and provide feedback to cultivate a motivated and high-performing team.Operations : Develop personalized student programs, monitor progress, assess new students, and manage student files.Community Engagement and Marketing : Execute marketing initiatives, develop partnerships, and represent Gideon at events, PTA meetings, and other community outreach opportunities.Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Education, Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.Math, Reading and Grammar skills : Strong secondary school mathematics and reading skills are an assetProven Leadership experience in an educational setting, ideally having managed or led a learning center, or worked in a school districtStrong Communication Skills : Confident, professional, and adaptable in a client-driven environment.Customer-Centric Mindset with a passion for student success.Team-Player : Energetic, outgoing, and committed to creating a positive work environment.Job Details
Location : McKinney (TX 121 and Custer Rd) and Frisco (Preston and Stonebrook)Job Type : Part-time to start, with potential to transition to Full-TimeSchedule : Flexible, with shifts Monday-Thursday evenings, Saturdays, and weekend morningsCompensation : Competitive rate with performance-based commissionBackground check is mandatory.Benefits :
