The work of Cleaner includes: performing full range of cleaning duties and responsibilities in support of Company operations. The duties of a Cleaner include but are not limited to:
- Works to ensure clubroom other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Sees that clubroom and facilities are cleaned and maintained to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms including picking up trash, washing dirty dishes, restocking and arranging magazines and newspapers in an orderly fashion, etc.
- Restocking of bar supplies including; chaffing dishes, crock pots, trays, coffee, cups, glasses, etc. in all service areas and other work areas so that health standards are met.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Restrooms Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Replenishes bathroom supplies, polishes metalwork including; fixtures and fittings.
- Floors Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Other floor work may be required such as: scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors.
- Break rooms /Kitchen
- Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. Replenishes break room supplies.
- Dust Dusts furniture, fixtures and equipment, partitions, etc.
- Trash Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
- Other Duties Washes walls and woodwork, clean windows, door panels, partitions and window sills, etc.
- Ability to help with deliveries by loading and unloading product.
- Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the housekeeping / janitorial fields.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Maintaining current city and state approved badges and permits, as applicable
- Adhering to all local and state health department and other state agency regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
