About Us:
New Restaurant on the busy road of rt 20 in Sturbridge, Ma. We are currently looking to hire fun, energetic & team orientated ice cream scoopers/ counter staff to join our team @ Gido’s Brick Oven Pizza & Ice Cream.
We offer dishes such as wing/ tenders with a variety of flavors, chicken & waffle cones, baked and fried seafood, baked pasta, smash burgers & many other fun items!
We also have a full-service bar, boozy milkshakes/slushies, keno & an outdoor patio!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our customers' experience, with lots of room for growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving take-out food and drinks, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process customer payments using cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
- Taking/making ice cream orders.
- Bagging/organizing take- out orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and specials.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Individual must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Everything we do is based off teamwork and we’d love to have you be a part of our team!
