Brine Maker

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Brine Maker to join our production team. As a Brine Maker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the preparation of high-quality brine solutions essential for the pickling process.

Duties:

• Prepare brine solutions according to specified recipes and production schedules.
• Measure and add ingredients accurately, including salt, vinegar, spices, and other additives.
• Operate and maintain brine mixing and storage equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of brine recipes, quantities used, and production batches.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as CGMP, HACCP, and other industry standards.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Work closely with production supervisors and team members to coordinate brine preparation with overall production schedules.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow recipes accurately, and basic math skills for measurements.
• Capable of lifting and moving ingredients and equipment, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attendance, communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.

Pay: $17.99 - $20.01 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week
