Duties:
- Prepare brine solutions according to specified recipes and production schedules.
- Measure and add ingredients accurately, including salt, vinegar, spices, and other additives.
- Operate and maintain brine mixing and storage equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of brine recipes, quantities used, and production batches.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as CGMP, HACCP, and other industry standards.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Work closely with production supervisors and team members to coordinate brine preparation with overall production schedules.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow recipes accurately, and basic math skills for measurements.
- Capable of lifting and moving ingredients and equipment, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attendance, communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
