Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, processing, and packaging of pickles and other products.
• Operate machinery such as conveyors, jar filling equipment, and labeling machines.
• Ensure products meet quality control standards, checking for defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary production environment, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
• Pack finished products into boxes for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies on food safety and workplace safety.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with training new employees when required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling machinery and packaging materials.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (cold environments, as pickles are produced in refrigerated settings).​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
