Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in our powder coating facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and the ability to work in an industrial setting. Duties
- Prepare all surfaces and booth to ensure no cross contamination.
- Full coverage of parts to ensure no light areas or rework.
- Clean down booths between color changes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while meeting quality standards.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management of paint supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial painting and powder coating process is preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively is necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to various project requirements.
