Gifford is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our Team!
The Human Resources Coordinator will support HR operations, payroll processing, and employee services. This role involves maintaining employee records, processing payroll changes in Meditech, Kronos, and Bswift, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and ensuring compliance with certifications and training. The coordinator will also handle background checks, employment verifications, office administration, and employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
The ideal candidate has experience in HR or administrative support, excels in organization, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
