Gifford Retirement Community is seeking an LPN to work in our Randolph, VT location. This position is responsible for providing safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way. The LPN will incorporate differences into the provision of care, integrate knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the need of the patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
This position will be responsible for providing oversight and supervision to the LNA’s and communicating with health care team members and participating in multidisciplinary meetings. The LPN will also perform routine physical/psychosocial assessments to collect basic data and manage medications and charting in a timely manner and within policy guidelines.
Strong time management/organization skills, ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a professional manner are fundamental to the role.
Requirements
- Vermont LPN licensure
- BLS certification (current/renewed every 2 years).
