Are you looking to practice rural medicine? Gifford has an opportunity for an experienced NP to provide Palliative Care in Randolph.
Gifford embraces a team approach to patient care, supported by collaborative relationships throughout the organization. As a Palliative Care clinician, you will benefit from the additional support of our Community Health Team, and our Population Health Team for your patients. The Palliative Care clinician will provide care in various environments including the outpatient clinic setting, at the patient home, or in the inpatient setting. Although the care provided may be concurrent care for an acute or chronic illness, as well as end of life care, it should be noted that Gifford has a long history of providing excellent end of life care which is supported by our Last Mile Ride event and donations ( https://giffordhealthcare.org/lastmile/ .
As a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Gifford is well known for its progressive approach to providing primary, specialty, and surgical care to the many communities it serves.
