The Base Production Specialist will produce bases and ripples by following company recipes, keeping all base cookers and equipment neat, clean, and organized. This position will also maintain a neat, clean work area adhering to Food Safety Standards.
The Base Production Specialist will be responsible for procedures of making bases and ripples, ensuring all inventory of ingredients and finished bases and ripples are rotated by codes. This position oversees all equipment related to this process and will work closely with the maintenance department to ensure that equipment is working at the best possible capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Produce bases and ripples
- Receive Milk and Cream (seasonally or as needed)
- Washing and sanitizing areas of Base Making and equipment used
- Organize coolers, combining like items onto the same pallets and marking lot numbers and quantity
