We work cross-functionally with engineering, pharmacy operations, compliance, and customer experience teams to ensure our technology delivers seamless, patient-first care. Our team is dedicated to developing solutions that transform the pharmacy experience for both patients and providers.
How You'll Help Us Improve Healthcare :
- Execute the funded product roadmap for Gifthealth's digital pharmacy platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering to design, build, and launch scalable, secure, and high-performing healthcare technology products.
- Help design and support technical requirements surrounding API integrations, data flows, and other technical aspects of our platform and vendor integrations.
- Partner with pharmacy operations, compliance, and customer success teams to enhance workflows and optimize the prescription intake and fulfillment process.
- Leverage and design data insights to identify opportunities for new features, operational improvements, and patient engagement enhancements.
- Ensure products adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, e-prescribing standards, and pharmacy compliance requirements.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to define technical and business requirements for go-to-market strategies, messaging, and adoption plans for new product launches.
