Who we are looking for :
This is a Lehigh Valley role. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals with at least three years Critical Care / Trauma experience as an RN, six years as an EMT-P certification or Diploma.
Individuals must live within the Lehigh Valley area and will share our team’s mission to improve the quality of life for patients awaiting transplant by maximizing the availability of donated organs and tissues for transplant. We work to ensure the family of each potential donor is treated with the utmost sensitivity and care and that we support them through each step of the donation process.

Some of what you will be doing as a Transplant Coordinator :
The Transplant Coordinator will coordinate the entire organ and tissue donor process including timely on-site response, clinical assessment, clinical evaluation, and clinical management of the potential donor, as well as interacting with the hospital staff to set-up the family approach process.
