POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Manager plans, directs, and controls all aspects of our inventory movement in the Londonderry warehouse and outbound. Increases profitability through unsurpassed customer service, team development, quality improvement, and financial management activities.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:
• Meets and exceeds weekly and monthly shipping quotas defined by internal metrics.
• Monitors & manages variable costs based on revenue fluctuations to ensure that the Londonderry Warehouse goals are always achieved.
• High-level SKU management using our integrated software platforms.
• Creates and manages our outbound volume.
• Develops internal SOPs to maintain greater levels of efficiency while ensuring high-quality customer order fulfillment.
• Supports all departments by aligning individual contributions with those of the team and group. Shares needed information with others in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contributes to the company by identifying, implementing, and evaluating new programs or program enhancements that will increase overall customer satisfaction.
• Uses appropriate problem-solving skills in response to issues, conflict and/or expressions of dissatisfaction.
• Understands and consistently monitors and applies all internal quality standards and policies relating to current operating systems.
