About the Role
This critical care travel nurse position is ideal for professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in the specialty applied to. The successful candidate will work closely with doctors and heart specialists to control patients' blood pressure and prevent heart failure.
The CVICU RN provides education and support to families and patients while acting as a liaison between the doctors and the patients. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, implementing care plans, administering medication, operating cardiovascular equipment, and responding to life-threatening situations.
