Requirements and Qualifications
As a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, think critically, and make sound judgments in emergency situations. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work with patients from diverse backgrounds.
You will need to have current licensure in the state where you will be working and have a valid BLS certification. Prior experience in critical care nursing is preferred but not required.
