Job Responsibilities
As a MedSurg RN, you'll provide bedside care for patients and execute individualized patient assessments to create a tailored plan of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications
- Initiating alternative actions when adverse symptomology is displayed
- Changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs as needed
