Operating Room Inpatient RN Travel Opportunity
Note: Arizona residents are not eligible for this position.
As an OR Inpatient Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the surgical team, providing high-quality care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. This travel contract presents an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for surgery, including verifying medical histories and conducting pre-operative assessments.
- Assist during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and support to the surgical team.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and recovery progress in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery expectations.
- Requires 2 years RN experience with recent experience in the specialty you are applying for.
