Responsibilities
- Licensed Practical Nurses plan and manage patient care specific to each patient, acting as the eyes and ears of Registered Nurses and Physicians.
- They perform ongoing and accurate assessments of vital signs, administer and monitor patient medications and dressing changes, and supervise nursing assistants.
- Additionally, LPNs find, address, and provide solutions for any problems a specific patient might have in terms of their care plan.
