Gifted Requirements
We require a minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technician, with recent experience in this specialty.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The MRI Technician is responsible for preparing the MRI room before patient arrival, ensuring equipment is functioning properly and that all supplies are stocked. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Utilizing TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view, and other settings on the equipment to generate high-quality imaging.
- Administering venipuncture in a safe and effective manner.
- Ensuring patient safety by screening for metal objects and implants before allowing entry into the MRI room.
