Our Summer School Teacher guides and helps develop our 4-year-old youth in multiple facets of life including academic, communication, sociability, and independence. You'll have the opportunity to work as a member of a team and be a role model for young children by serving as a mentor and coach, facilitating a wide range of STEM / STEAM activities, encouraging self-confidence and more.

This is a full-time role for the summer months working Monday – Friday 7 : 30a – 4pm. The pay is $18per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This is an onsite role at our center : 101 S. Clarke Rd. Ocoee, FL 34761

What You’ll Do :

• Promote positive self-image by listening, responding, and encouraging independence
• Guide children in self-regulation using Techniques from Conscious Discipline
• Work with the young children in activities including both indoor and outdoor games
• Maintain positive communication with parents
• Share values through role modeling and small group discussions
