Responsibilities

- Encourage student participation and creativity through various musical activities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Incorporate elements of childhood development into lessons to enhance learning experiences.
- Stay updated with current teaching methods and trends in music education.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with students in a teaching or tutoring capacity, preferably in music education.
- Strong knowledge of piano performance, music theory, and classroom management techniques.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies that promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Additional skills in theater, ballet, culinary arts, photography, or sewing are considered a plus.
