Job Overview
We are a growing E-commerce company seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a small manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a attention to detail in constructing laser-made personalized accessories mostly for women and home decor, understanding of the assembly line processes, packing with accuracy and efficiency, ability to adapt to changes, and ability to handle pressure during the busy seasons. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products while ensuring quality standards are met. Hours are variable, with busy times being the spring and Christmas. Hours can be from 12-40 hours a week. Must be comfortable working in a light industrial environment.
Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work on the assembly line to ensure timely production output.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in warehouse tasks, including inventory management and material handling as required.
Experience
- No previous experience required
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity levels.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
