About the Finance Team
As a Payroll and Accounting Specialist, you will run the multi-state payroll process, manage payroll taxes, assist in employee on-boarding, administer expense reimbursement, assist with invoicing and accounting transactions. How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare
- Process biweekly multi-state payroll with payroll software such as BambooHR, ADP WorkforceNow or Paylocity
- Manage and resolve payroll tax filing issues, including setting up new states
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Administer expense reimbursement
- Track payments to internal and external stakeholders
- Reconcile insurance claim payments
- Assist with invoicing and accounting transactions
- Follow up with customers on payments as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Other payroll and accounting duties as assigned
A Few Things About You
- 4 years of experience in a payroll, accounting or similar position required
- Experience in processing multi-state payroll preferred
- Experience with BambooHR, ADP WorkforceNow, Paylocity or similar payroll software
- Hands on experience with Quickbooks, Bill.com, and Ramp or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree preferred

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
