How You’ll Help Us Grow- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience, maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Keep applicant tracking systems updated to manage candidate flow efficiently.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and best practices in recruiting.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support (experience in healthcare is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, go-getter mindset with a passion for finding and attracting great talent.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and clearly communicate with hiring teams and candidates.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and employment best practices.
