Summary:

The Senior Manager of Key Accounts is a strategic role within GiftHealth, responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable customers. This individual will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded, fostering long-term partnerships that drive business growth. Success in this role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

 

 

Responsibilities:Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing client needs.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align account strategies and deliver the best customer experience.

Client Advocacy:

  • Proactively anticipate and address client needs and challenges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within GiftHealth, providing feedback and insights to improve products, services, and processes.

Contract Management:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance, profitability, and long-term success.
  • Monitor contract performance, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

Financial Performance:

  • Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast and manage account budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews to strengthen relationships and drive growth.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to drive team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that account managers are aligned with company goals and strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, offer coaching, and help develop career paths for team members.
  • Ensure that subordinate account managers adhere to best practices and high standards in customer relationship management.

 

 

Qualifications:Experience:

  • Proven success in key account management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in leading teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage staff.
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organizations.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $115,000 – $140,000
  • Eligible for performance bonus as part of total compensation package
