The Senior Manager of Key Accounts is a strategic role within GiftHealth, responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable customers. Responsibilities:Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing client needs.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align account strategies and deliver the best customer experience.
Client Advocacy:
- Proactively anticipate and address client needs and challenges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer within GiftHealth, providing feedback and insights to improve products, services, and processes.
Contract Management:
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance, profitability, and long-term success.
- Monitor contract performance, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
Financial Performance:
- Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Forecast and manage account budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to drive team performance and client satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that account managers are aligned with company goals and strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, offer coaching, and help develop career paths for team members.
- Ensure that subordinate account managers adhere to best practices and high standards in customer relationship management.
Qualifications:Experience:
- Proven success in key account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in leading teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage staff.
- Experience managing large, complex accounts with a focus on long-term growth.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $115,000 – $140,000
- Eligible for performance bonus as part of total compensation package
