About the Product Operations Team
The Product Operations team at Gifthealth plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our product strategy. We focus on optimizing workflows, improving cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence to enhance the patient and provider experience. Our team ensures that product initiatives are executed effectively, scale efficiently, and create meaningful impact in the pharmacy space.
How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare:
- Formulate and drive the product roadmap to support efficient pharmacy operations and achieve the best patient experience.
- Partner with engineering, pharmacy operations, and customer support to streamline workflows and ensure smooth product rollouts.
- Find new and innovative ways to improve our pharmacy operations for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, tracking key product performance metrics and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between product strategy and operational execution.
- Drive process standardization across teams, implementing best practices for product launches and change management.
- Own the feedback loop between internal teams, patients, and providers to identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational improvements.
- Support scaling efforts by ensuring that product operations can sustain rapid business growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, pharmacy operations standards, and other industry requirements.
A Few Things About You:
- 6 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical/Product Account Management, or Business Operations within healthcare, pharmacy, or digital health.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, pharmacy compliance, EHR integrations, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for operational excellence.
- Bonus: Experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Domo), workflow automation, and healthcare technology platforms.
