Job Description
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with older adults and making a positive impact on their lives. As a Medication Tech, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist with medication administration, resident care, and daily tasks.
- Provide person-centered care that promotes residents' independence and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification, as required by the state.
- Minimum of six (6) months relevant experience working with older adults, with priority given to candidates who meet this requirement.
