We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor and Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities :

As the Nurse Supervisor and QA Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing the nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your responsibilities will include :

Nurse Supervision :

Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and adherence to best practices.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing education.
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs, including overseeing schedules, assignments, and workflow.
Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of nursing policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance (QA) :

Lead efforts to monitor and improve quality of care through audits, assessments, and process evaluations.

Develop and implement quality assurance programs, tracking key performance indicators and patient outcomes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies to maintain accreditation and licensure.

Conduct root cause analysis and work with interdisciplinary teams to address areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports to senior leadership on QA initiatives, patient care trends, and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration and Leadership :

Work closely with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for residents.

Serve as a resource for staff and management on nursing best practices, patient safety, and regulatory updates.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, compassion, and excellence in care delivery.

Qualifications :

Current RN License in the state of Washington.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Previous supervisory experience in a nursing role is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of Quality Assurance programs, regulatory compliance, and patient safety protocols .

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
