Position :  Weekend Warrior (RN & LPN)

Responsibilities :

• Personalized Care :  Extend hands-on care to our cherished residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Daily Living Support :  Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, ensuring utmost comfort.
• Health Monitoring :   Monitor vital signs, keeping residents in the peak of health.
• Collaborative Approach :  Work closely with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals to craft and implement tailored care plans.
• Community Building :  Foster a sense of camaraderie and companionship, cultivating an environment that feels like home.
• Heartfelt Connections :  Engage in warm-hearted conversations with residents, brightening their days and enhancing their lives.
• Thorough Documentation :  Meticulously document residents' health status and care activities, ensuring meticulous records.
