- Generate new business by prospecting customers
- Professionally presenting products to initiate interest in promotions
- Actively promoting our clients by engaging in interpersonal interactions with the public
- Building relationships with customers and cohorts
- Coordinate and manage territory to maximize profit
- Cross training in Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Leadership, Management, Recruiting, and Human Resources
- Hands on mentor program to enhance training efforts
