Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Establish and achieve quarterly sales goals by leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and specifications, using this knowledge to provide accurate information to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage customer inventory levels to prevent overstocking and minimize losses.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Computer Literacy: Have basic knowledge of computer components and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Independence and Time Management: Demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Education and Certification: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have the legal right to work in the United States.
