Publicly listed and traded on NASDAQ under the ticker GCT; GigaCloud Technology Inc. offers a meticulously developed, technology-driven business-to-business platform coupled with a complete storage and fulfillment solution that serves large parcel retailers and ecommerce players around the world. The headquarters is in the El Monte. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with warehouse managers to facilitate comprehensive training for new employees, covering onboarding procedures and the introduction of company policies.
- Support warehouse managers in keeping all employees’ records updated regularly through ADP system.
- Assist warehouse managers in executing the staff training plan, including coordinating training sessions and monitoring outcomes.
- Conduct periodic telephone interviews with warehouse staff to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement, then relay insights to the warehouse managers.
- Assist in evaluating performance, tracking manager achievements against targets, and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
- Handle employee relations matters, including addressing complaints, managing disciplinary issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining employees’ documentation and records to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field required.
- Fluency in both Chinese-Mandarin and English is required for this position.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role。
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse groups.
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a patient approach.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to multitask effectively and complete work on time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Working knowledge of human resource management principles, laws, and regulations.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
