About the Role :
As a Door-to-Door Sales Professional, you will be the face of Vivint, connecting directly with potential customers in residential areas. You will introduce them to the benefits of Vivint smart home systems, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for exceeding goals.
Responsibilities :
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers at their homes.
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
- Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of Vivint smart home systems, including security, automation, and energy management.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage your sales pipeline and track your progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Vivint products and services.
- Represent Vivint professionally and ethically.
