As an Associate HR Business Partner (AHRBP) supporting the Americas Sales & Marketing functions, you will be at the forefront of aligning human resources strategies with business goals. With your exceptional communication skills, proactive approach and strategic business insights, you will drive the growth and success of our sales department. This role requires an individual to effectively collaborate with both a hybrid team and remote leaders.
This position is based in Dallas, Texas and follows a hybrid work model, requiring 1–2 days in the office each week.

What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support these goals.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition strategies, onboarding processes, and career development programs to attract and retain top sales talent.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity. Provide coaching and feedback to managers.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations. Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance HR processes.
- Partner with HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to implement effective initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
- At least 2 years experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech company Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Technology Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
- Proactive & Adaptable: You take initiative and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strategic Thinker: You balance immediate needs with long-term business objectives, making decisions that drive growth and impact.
