Join our team of Product Expert Thinkers who will be the knowledge experts of our company within our Call Center!
Your duties will include:
- continued product knowledge development in all tech-based hobbyist categories we carry
- Deliver exceptional customer service to other like-minded beginners, experts and specialists that are our GigaFans
- Answer product specific questions, engage in the buying process, inventory inquiries and more!
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- conduct online chats and respond to customer emails
- Maintain inbound and outbound ETAs for product arrival and delivery
- Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
