Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models to enhance decision-making processes.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets.
• Lead data-driven projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate business challenges using data solutions.
• Design data experiments and A/B tests to drive insights and validate hypotheses.
• Create data visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in data science.
• Present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
• Define metrics for success and develop reporting tools for monitoring performance.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data management practices.
• Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms for processing and analyzing data.
• Work on machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights from data.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems.

Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Experience in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• Solid experience in SQL and database management.
• Proven track record of successful data-driven projects.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for data.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is advantageous.
