Wholesale Team Assistant

Overview:

We are looking for a Wholesale Team Assistant who can be the expert in all things Gigi Pip. Someone who will fulfill our mission of instilling confidence in everyone. We want our team members to identify with the Gigi Pip mission be excited to join a hard-working team.

Compensation will be $15-$17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Think of strategic ways to improve the Gigi Pip customer experience
• Become an expert in all things Gigi Pip
• Help with new client onboarding
• Manage clerical work
• Work across various teams to optimize the fulfillment process
• Provide support for the Warehouse team when needed
• Various responsibilities that may arise
• Assist with communication and channels within the Wholesale department
• Occasionally commute to and work at Custom Hat Events throughout Northern Utah

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical work
• Experience in support roles
• Has an excellent work ethic detail oriented
• Excited to work in a team environment but is independent enough to complete tasks alone
• Flexible schedule flexible in the workplace
• Enthusiastic knowledgeable about our product
• Willing to go above beyond to take care of Gigi Pip partners

Work Location: Kaysville Location and on location at events as they arise
