Shift: Days/ 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs/week, M-FLength: 13 Weeks

Requirements

• ND is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 years' experience
• Must have PT related skills & previous home health experience
• BLS
  
  

Other Details:EMR: HomeCare/HomeBaseCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: Home health clients - surgeries, falls, etc.Radius Rule: 50 miles
