Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily collections from slot machines, accurately counting currency, tickets, and gaming chips
- Maintain box accountability through tracking mechanisms, adhering to established service time deadlines
- Transport DBA carts safely from the gaming floor to count rooms
- Preserve confidentiality of drop and count start and end times, as well as drop routes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with large volumes of currency or other negotiable instruments
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software
- Ability to demonstrate excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
