The Graphic Designer position entails assisting the company with various marketing / design projects on a daily basis. This role involves both conceptual and technical support, utilizing a diverse skill set including video production, animation, digital design, print, or photography. The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in creating advertising materials, marketing collateral, website enhancements, and corporate branding initiatives by performing the following duties, while also embodying the GILA WAY.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
- Conceptualize and design creative graphics for both print and digital marketing and communication materials.
- Responsible for graphic design and layout of digital and print collateral, branding and style guidelines and engaging in strategic, conceptual conversations.
- Responsible for having a creative approach to tackling problems and creating solutions as well as working with teams and management.
- Maintains brand integrity across all design initiatives.
- Evaluates and acquires licensed imaging content.
- Ensures content is suitable for use in each medium (social, print, email, etc.)
- Works with the Sr. Graphic Designer to complete projects timely.
- Delivers work that meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Edits product images to create polished and professional results before execution.
- Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and / or lateness.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
