The IDC Reviewer I has the ability to complete certain IDC checklist steps independently while working under the supervision of the IDC Manager or Senior IDC Manager.

Responsibilities

• Reviews checklist items and how to perform them within the scheduled time
• Performs specific IDC Checklist Review tasks delegated by an IDC Reviewer II or higher
• Creates Coordination Issues in Procore that highlight missing items or items that are not coordinated
• Demonstrates professionalism in verbal and written correspondence with Clients, Design Team, Project Teams & fellow IDC team members
• Understands IDC Policies and Procedures
• Completes assigned tasks to meet the deadlines
• Works under close supervision of an IDC Reviewer II or higher
• Proceeds with other parts of the review while waiting for directions on others
• Takes initiative in developing review skill set

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in the construction field or in a design environment
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Ability to read and understand construction documents and specifications
• Strong time management skills and highly organized with precise attention to detail
• Strong computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the following software is preferred but not required: Procore & Bluebeam
• Ability to collaborate well with other IDC team members
• Developing self-discipline, verbal, and written communication skills

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.    

For Providence, Rhode Island this ranges from $57,750.00-$66,100.00 plus benefits and retirement program.For Boston, Massachusetts this ranges from $65,300.00-$74,800.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
