Responsibilities
- Scanning AP Invoices
- Process payments, invoices and vouchers
- Verify calculations, check or allocate codes, and check or obtain information for incorrect or incomplete documents
- Scan statements, ledgers and accounts to identify unusual or overdue items
- Prepare and/or verify computer input where information is coded for computer processing
- Investigate statements, ledgers and records in order to establish the facts required to deal with queries
- May prepare ad-hoc information and statistical breakdowns as directed
- May raise standard letters in response to queries
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Minnesota, this ranges from $58,000 to $70,000.
For (State in Tier 6) this ranges from $XX,XXX.XX-$XXX,XXX.XX plus benefits and retirement program.
