Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations and/or Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong organization skills to track detailed information on candidates and events.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders and drive meetings with the business.
- Customer service oriented, with exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices, with demonstrated success in coordinating recruiting activities
- Excellent computer skills with advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems (iCIMS desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to audit data and spot/correct inconsistencies
- Highly organized and process oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Exceptional time management skills: proactive with a strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing work environment
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Providence, RI this ranges from $65,000.00 - $86,000.00 which includes an excellent benefits and retirement package.

Responsibilities:
- Registers for on-campus & virtual hiring events, info sessions, networking events and other University Relations engagements and posts jobs on various platforms, including Handshake and school-based job boards
- Act as the primary point of contact with assigned core schools to conduct regular university outreach and to enhance and maintain relationships
- Conducts College Recruiting Strategy Meetings with assigned divisions of Gilbane at the beginning of each recruiting season to gain insight and agreement to hiring goals, interview strategy and compensation.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing collateral inventory and shipments.
- Performs recruiting tasks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including posting new positions, corresponding with and dispositioning candidates, generating offer letters, issuing approvals and ensuring data integrity
- Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling and follow-up; qualifies and refers candidates for additional interviews with other members of the hiring team
- Provide high touch customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Support management of shared inbox and respond to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support other University Relations efforts as needed.
