As a Production Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of our design projects for a diverse range of clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to assist in creating visually stunning and effective design materials.
• Prepare and optimize graphic assets for various platforms, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Assist in the production of marketing collateral, presentations, social media content, and more.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee accuracy and consistency in design elements.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with an eye for precision and consistency.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with clients.
• Proficient at video editing.
• Skilled at website maintenance and updates.
• Solid grammar skills.

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects.
• A degree or relevant certification in graphic design or a related field.

• Must be currently on Maui and willing to work in our office.
