- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options.
- Oversee loan processing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation and approvals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for upselling financing products to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to financing options and processes.
- Process titles accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within the dealership or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan processing, contract management, and TILA regulations.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and other departments.
